An Er, who works in administration, explained that her daughter was knocked down, while her friend’s elbow was grazed by the car’s side mirror. A motorcyclist who witnessed the accident confirmed that the two students were crossing with the pedestrian light in their favor. The motorcyclist also assisted the students at the scene.
