On June 4, the woman shared her distressing experience in a TikTok video. While shopping at Scarlett Supermarket in Nex, she felt violated when a man allegedly filmed her from below. In a quick 40-second video, the woman recorded the second man squatting down with his phone angled upwards. She noticed how he adjusted the camera as she moved, and she even caught him filming another woman nearby. After her partner arrived, she promptly called the police.
Though the man left before the authorities arrived, he was later arrested. The police confirmed they received a call for assistance on June 4 at 5.45 PM and apprehended a 38-year-old man for voyeurism.
