The next day, Yeo returned to confront the sellers about the misleading promotion. He expressed his frustration, saying, “Don’t use such underhand tactics to sell more durians!” During this heated exchange, an elderly man intervened, urging the staff to calm down.
Top Durian Station later clarified on their Facebook page that their promotion was “buy five durians, get one free.” Yeo had misunderstood the offer, thinking he could get a free Musang King without meeting the conditions.

While Yeo felt wronged, the staff maintained their composure throughout the ordeal. They reported that Yeo was causing a scene, using harsh language and even challenging them to a fight. In the end, he left the stall feeling unsatisfied and even filed a police report.
