Sri Ranjini pointed out that the rider didn’t pay attention to the request for a verification photo. A spokesperson from Foodpanda mentioned to AsiaOne that they are looking into the situation.
Foodpanda encourages customers to contact their customer service for any missing or incorrect orders. They may ask for additional details and photos to help with their investigation. If they find the order wasn’t up to standard, they promise to reimburse the customer.
