He noted that she typically drives a luxury car, either a Porsche or a Mercedes, to collect payments, while her workers handle the refuelling.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has confirmed that they are investigating the situation. The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) is also aware of the viral video and is looking into potential fire safety issues. In a statement to AsiaOne, the SCDF mentioned, “The House Unit will conduct investigations to ascertain the cause of the fire and provide assistance to the occupants of the unit.”
