When she arrived, Yao’s wife was shocked to find a cut on their daughter’s eyelid. However, just a month later, on February 22, the family received another alarming call. This time, their other daughter had been bitten on the neck. Upon collecting her, Yao’s wife discovered visible bite marks on the toddler’s head, along with blood and swelling around the wound.
This second incident heightened their concerns about the school’s ability to manage such situations, especially after learning that multiple children had experienced similar bites without any effective resolution. Frustrated and worried, Yao’s wife sought medical attention for her daughter and decided to file a police report that same day.
