Details of the Incident

According to reports, the police were alerted to the situation around 9:15 PM on March 3. A person along Jalan Besar was in distress, out of breath and injured. Sadly, a paramedic from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Initial investigations have not indicated foul play, but the police are continuing their inquiries. An investigating detective mentioned that they have several leads and are actively following up on them.

Another Disturbing Case at Cuppage Plaza

In a separate incident, a 62-year-old man was found in distress at the atrium of Cuppage Plaza last month. A video circulating online showed him writhing in pain, with his trousers and underwear pulled down to his knees, as onlookers watched in disbelief. The police were notified, and they opened a case following the incident.

Unfortunate Death Linked to a Dog Attack

In a related case, authorities were alerted to an unnatural death at 5 Koek Road at 6:05 PM on the same day. Upon arrival, they discovered that the owner of the premises, Mrs. Muller, had tragically been killed by her own dog. This incident raises serious concerns about pet safety and responsibility among owners.
